Mobility app for Carsharing
For this short, 3 week project the key objective was to create a mobility app concept for a car company.
Team: Mixed team of UI, UX and Service Designers. My role - Senior UX designer.
Client: Car company.
Year: 2023.
01. Workshop
Project was run in a co-creative spirit, involving the client from the very beginning.
Together through 1 full day of workshops, we uncovered the client and customer needs via in-person and digital workshop sessions.
02. Desk Research
As the next step, our team was moving forward to developing the first concepts for this car-sharing platform for our client.
As the Senior UX Designer, I performed in-depth competitor analysis, to uncover what is in the market and what are the user needs.
Findings, based on the competitor analysis and user-interviews, was combined into a comprehensive guide and analysis, with the purpose to guide next design decisions, in regards to navigation, visual presentation and information architecture.
03. The Concept
As the next step, I crafted the concept wireframes, based on best practices - following the business, as well as user needs.
04. Visual Design
Next, the UI designers did their magic, maintaining close collaboration - we can really say, the concept became succesful thanks to this great collaboration and insights uncovered earlier, that could stear the apps direction.
Marketing strategy Sr Manager, Melanie:
“Elizabete was responsible for the platform- and brand-agnostic UX concept and showed her strength in flexibility and adaptability, as she got familiar with the task in minimum time.
Thanks to her proactiveness and rhetorical talent team collaboration across teams and locations went perfectly. With little resources and not much of a design brief she delivered a fantastic concept, easy to implement with the visual designers. As a result the sales proposal was enriched with a fantastic design approach.
It was a great pleasure to work together and Elizabete is a true win for every team!”
